Introductory Nervous System Support

Service Description

This introductory session is designed to support you in beginning your healing journey in a way that feels safe and grounded. Together, we explore your story through a trauma informed and body-based lens with care and curiosity not to fix, but to understand, build capacity, and reconnect with your nervous system. This rate is available for your first 7 sessions. After that, continued support is available at the standard session rate.
